Flax Seeds can be ground and used to prepare gruel or as a thickener for soups and sauces, immediately after grinding.
The grain of flax can be used as an enriching addition to e.g. milk, yoghurt, fruit, desserts.
Recommended daily dose
Consume 1 tablespoon (about 5 g) of linseed 2-3 times a day.
Dried, ripe linseed grain.
Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
