Herbapol Liquid Valerian Extract is a traditional herbal medicinal product that alleviates the symptoms of mild nervous tension and helps to fall asleep.

Dosage and method of administration: 

Dosage: Traditionally, the following application scheme is used:

Adolescents from 12 years of age, adults and the elderly: 1 teaspoon of the product (approx. 5 ml) up to 3 times a day in mild nervous tension. In order to help you fall asleep, use a single dose (5 ml) 1/2 – 1 hour before bedtime, and if necessary, 2 doses; in the evening and at bedtime.

Do not exceed the daily dose of 20 ml of liquid (4 teaspoons of 5 ml).

Method of administration: The drug is administered orally.
