• Propolis is otherwise bee glue. It is a sticky, thick substance produced by bees from various types of resins of various plant species, used to seal and disinfect the hive. Propolis has been used in folk medicine for hundreds of years. It contains several hundred different chemical compounds, including: flavonoids, fatty acids, esters, sterols, coumarins, and vitamins: A, E, D, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid (B5) and B6.
• Vitamin C supports the proper functioning of the immune system and the nervous system. In addition, it helps protect cells from oxidative stress and increases iron absorption . It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
