Venescin (30 Tablets)
Venescin in the form of drageed tablets is a medicinal product containing in its composition chestnut seed extract, rutoside and esculin. It is assumed that the use of the product increases the tone of the veins and reduces the permeability and increases the mechanical resistance of the capillaries.
Intended Use
Venescin tablets are intended in the use of:
- venous circulation disorders
- varicose veins of the lower limbs
- leg ulcers
- hemorrhoids
- edema of various origins
- excessive fragility and permeability of blood vessels
- bleeding disorders
- allergic diseases, e.g. hay fever, urticaria
Active substance: Hippocastani semen, Troxerutinum
Composition
A aesculinum 0.5 mg; rutosidum 15 mg; hippocastani semen extr. sicc. 25 mg
Action
Reduces the fragility and permeability of capillaries – anti-exudative
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Oral use.
Adults
2 coated tablets 3 times a day.
Children and youth
Over 6 years of age, 1 tablet 3 times a day
Contraindications
Do not take Venescin in case of:
- first trimester of pregnancy
- renal failure
- treatment with sulfonamides
- hypersensitivity to the drug

Al/PVC foil blister in a cardboard box with an information leaflet. The blister contains 30 coated tablets.

Warnings

One coated tablet of Venescin contains 34.49 mg of sucrose.
If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.
Children and youth
Do not use the drug in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Do not use in the first trimester of pregnancy. Due to the lack of studies confirming the safety of use during the rest of pregnancy and breastfeeding, the preparation can be used only when, in the opinion of the doctor, the benefit for the mother is greater than the potential risk to the fetus. Effects on fertility are unknown.
Driving
Venescin has no adverse effects on the ability to drive and use machines.
Overdosage
There are no known symptoms of overdose with the product.
Interactions with other drugs
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the medicines you are taking, have recently taken or might take.
Side effects
You may potentially experience nausea, gastrointestinal-diseases, allergic reactions.
