Refund Policy

STORE RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We ship perishable products. You will have a tracking number to estimate the arrival date. If you are unsure if the recipient will be present at the day of arrival time DO NOT SEND any perishable goods.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted within 5 days from the date the order is received. We do not accept returns on perishable items. We are not responsible if the clients input the wrong address or order a product they did not want. You cannot return items that you do not like in taste or package shape. Items that have been opened can not be returned. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Returns may be subject to a 5-20% restocking fee.
Handling returns
Contact consumer support to obtain a Return number and the return address. Pack the product in its original product packaging and mail it in sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. If you do not have the original product box or packaging, mention this to the consumer support at  info@zimgi.com Write the Refund number clearly on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund. Be sure to use a reliable courier such as UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service. Remember to request your tracking number. We recommend insuring your product.
Refunds in the form of store credit
Upon request your refund can be made in the form of store credit, which will be placed on a www.zimgi.com account. There is no charge to receive this credit.
When I can expect money back?
Once the have been received by the courier, returned items are usually delivered to us within 3 to 5 business days. Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card or other chosen form of payment within a few business days.
