Shipping & Handling


All of our orders are carefully hand-packed by our dedicated staff. We currently offer shipping through FedEx and USPS. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated arrival date.

Orders are shipped from 4604 New Utrecht Ave, Brooklyn NY 11219 to all 50 states in the USA. To get an accurate estimation of the cost and speed of delivery please check the Unites States Postal Service website; we use USPS Priority & First Class Shipping for most orders.

Order processing time is 3-5 business days. We prepare shipments in the order in which they come to us. Please note that we can’t ship orders on the weekend, because couriers do not work at this time. In case of a weekend order, your parcel will be sent out the following business day.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60.


If a product(s) in your order is not available at the time it is being picked and packed we will either: 1. Omit the product(s), ship the rest of the order and issue a refund or 2. Replace the product(s) with a similar one(s).


We accept all major debit and credit cards. You may also pay using a secure Paypal method. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as the price of packaging.


Shipment times can be impacted by many factors including – but not limited to – weather, vehicle problems, staff shortage, pandemic restrictions, or traffic. Provided that the order was shipped out within the allotted 3-5 business days and has left our facility, we do not take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping courier. In the case of a missing or severely delayed parcel, please file a claim with the carrier.
