Bio-Magnez is a dietary supplement which contains a complex of three different magnesium salts. Each tablet provides 200 mg of pure magnesium.

Bio-Magnez is a combination of organic and inorganic magnesium compounds, thanks to which the tablet dissolves completely within a few minutes – even in people with reduced gastric acid content – where the magnesium content is converted into an absorbable ionic form. Bio-Magnesium does not need to be consumed with a meal.
